  • Carbon Emission Reduction Plan

    Supplier name: APM Technologies Limited

    Publication date: 30th January 2026

    Commitment to achieving Net Zero

APM Technologies Limited is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050.

    Baseline Emissions Footprint

Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases that have been produced in the past and were produced prior to the introduction of any
strategies to reduce emissions. Baseline emissions are the reference point against which emissions reduction can be measured.

    Baseline Year: 2025
Additional Details relating to the Baseline Emissions calculations.
2025 is APM Technologies first year for collecting and reporting Carbon Emissions data.
    Baseline year emissions:
    Scope 1 0.0
    Scope 2 0.0
    Scope 3 (Included Sources 44.126
    Total Emissions 44.126

    Current Emissions Reporting

    Reporting Year: 2025
    EMISSIONS TOTAL (tCO2e)
    Scope 1 0.0
    Scope 2 0.0
    Scope 3 (Included Sources) 44.126
    Total Emissions 44.126

    Emissions reduction targets

In order to continue our progress to achieving Net Zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction targets.
We project that carbon emissions will decrease over the next five years to 33.1 tCO2e by 2035. This is a reduction of 25%

    Carbon Reduction Projects

    Completed Carbon Reduction Initiatives
At APM Technologies, our approach to reducing carbon emissions is shaped by the nature of our business and our current emissions profile.
We have started our journey by employing technology to track and report emissions.

Our 2025 baseline total carbon footprint is 44.126 tCO₂e, with the majority of our emissions arising from Scope 3 purchased goods and services,
rather than from energy-intensive premises, fleet operations or extensive travel. As a predominantly digital, software-led organisation operating
largely outside the UK, our pathway to Net Zero by 2050 therefore focuses on targeted, proportionate interventions that address the areas where we
    can achieve the greatest impact.

    Future carbon reduction initiatives
In the future we hope to implement further measures such as:

    • Scope 3 Supplier Carbon Review Project – Identify highest emitting purchased goods and services and prioritise lower-carbon
      suppliers at renewal.
    • Low-Carbon Cloud Optimisation Project – Continue optimising cloud usage (storage, compute, data retention) and prioritise
providers with strong renewable energy commitments.
    • Sustainable Procurement Policy Implementation – Embed carbon considerations into procurement and contract renewal decisions.
    • Supplier Engagement & Data Improvement Programme – Move from estimated to supplier-specific emissions data for key services.
    • Digital Efficiency & Software Optimisation Project – Reduce unnecessary data processing, duplication and storage within
      internal systems.
    • Remote-First Delivery & Travel Avoidance Programme – Maintain and strengthen remote working to prevent growth-related travel
      emissions.
    • IT Asset Lifecycle Extension Project – Extend device lifespans and ensure certified reuse or recycling of end-of-life equipment.
    • Annual Carbon Baseline Review & Target Setting – Refresh emissions baseline annually and track progress against interim
      reduction targets.
    • Residual Emissions Planning (Longer Term) – Prepare a high integrity offset strategy for residual emissions only after reduction
      measures are maximised.

    Declaration and Sign Off

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 006 and associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction
    Plans.

Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG
Reporting Protocol corporate standard1 and uses the appropriate Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company
    reporting2.

Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with SECR requirements, and the required subset of Scope 3 emissions have
been reported in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard3.

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and signed off by the board of directors (or equivalent management body).
