First Client Live with Browser-Based CrewLogic

We all know the immense chal­lenge that an Air­line under­takes when onboard­ing a new soft­ware sup­pli­er. Which is why process, prepa­ra­tion, and peo­ple make all the dif­fer­ence. At APM we have a thor­ough­ly test­ed process that makes it a much more seamless.

With that in mind, APM is proud to announce that a new cus­tomer in the Pacif­ic has gone live with the com­plete oper­a­tional range of APM’s Port­fo­lio, includ­ing Sched­ule­Plan­ner, Smar­tOps and Crew­Log­ic all brows­er-based tech­nol­o­gy pro­vid­ing fast, respon­sive soft­ware while main­tain­ing the APM ethos; mak­ing the com­plex sim­ple. Avi­a­tion is inher­ent­ly com­pli­cat­ed whether it’s unique jar­gon or spe­cif­ic crew rules there’s enough to think about and with mod­ern tech­nol­o­gy, such as ours, this is made easy. APM have worked incred­i­bly hard over the recent years migrat­ing to brows­er-based soft­ware while also tak­ing the oppor­tu­ni­ty to chal­lenge our own think­ing and soft­ware from mul­ti­ple points of views, allow­ing us to real­ly opti­mise and sim­pli­fy the soft­ware for the user while main­tain­ing all the cru­cial func­tions need­ed in the day to day run­ning of an airline.

This client is a land­mark Air­line for APM as they launch with the lat­est brows­er-based APM Crew­Log­ic hav­ing pre­vi­ous­ly been built in lega­cy soft­ware we’re excit­ed for the con­tin­ued devel­op­ment of our mod­ules as we con­tin­ue to enhance, opti­mise and improve.

The suc­cess­ful Go-Live also brings in a new inte­gra­tion with; Hin­fact to make sure the clien­t’s oper­a­tions con­tin­ue with­out an issue.

But it’s not just the oper­a­tional and plan­ning teams that are hap­py as the Crews are also mak­ing use of APM Crew­Con­nect. A fea­ture­ful mobile app which makes the work life of Crews incred­i­bly seam­less, allow­ing the Crews to see their lat­est Ros­ter, get noti­fi­ca­tions on changes, apply for inter­nal duty swaps, set pref­er­ences and much more. That’s all in the cur­rent app, just wait until you hear what’s in store for next version….
