Frequently asked questions

What happens after the trial?

If you'd like to go live, we'll talk you through pricing and support options on your close call. There is no implementation fee.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Your trial runs in your web browser.

Which trial should I choose?

Choose the demo airline to explore quickly, or your own data to see your operation in APM. With your own data, qualifications, recent experience and limitations are set up when you go live.

Who can use the trial?

Each trial comes with five accounts: one each for your schedule manager, operations manager, crew manager, IT manager and one member of your senior leadership team.

What do I need to prepare for my own data?

Your flight schedule as an SSIM file, plus your fleet and crew lists. We give you templates, and a short wizard guides the first person through the upload.

We don't work to EASA rules. Can we still try APM?

Yes. The trial runs on standard EASA rules, and on your kick-off call we'll show you how your own rules map across.

How long does approval take?

We check your details as soon as you sign up. If we need anything else, a member of our team will be in touch.

What happens to my data at the end?

If you don't continue, we close your trial and delete its data. If you go live, what you've uploaded carries over, so you don't start again.

What if 30 days isn't enough?

Talk to us. We can extend a trial on a case-by-case basis.

How is my data protected?

Each trial runs in its own environment on Microsoft Azure, with all data stored in Europe. It's covered by a GDPR statement you sign at the start.
