Boost Profitability Across Your Network
SchedulePlanner
The SchedulePlanner user can opt to work in either text mode or use the graphical flight display for flight creation. These flights are created using commercial flight numbers, but the software also provides the functionality to link a commercial flight number with an air traffic control flight number.
Within the graphical display is an optimiser that can assist the user in allocating flight sectors to aircraft, automatically taking into account aircraft on the ground and airport ground times. The objective, of course, is to allow you to allocate your fleet in a time efficient manner, achieving the maximum usage from your resources. Flight times can be displayed in both UTC and local time, and the worldwide ISO time zones within the module are automatically updated as part of the package.
The SchedulePlanner system also incorporates a fully integrated slot module, thereby enabling the user to generate IATA compliant individual and batch SCR messages that can be forwarded to airport coordinators to obtain slot permissions. The SchedulePlanner system synchronises the flight programme with the slot status of each flight, so the user can easily identify where to send new or improved slot requests.
A number of reports are available from within the system, including identifying aircraft block and flights hours, the airline’s programme plot, plus timetable and schedule displays.
As with all APM modules, SchedulePlanner is fully integrated with all other modules and therefore automatically feeds flight and other appropriate data into APM’s crewing (CrewLogic), flight watch (SmartOps) and finance modules without the need for any intermediary software.
SchedulePlanner simplifies the complex issue of scheduling and slot management.

WebOps
WebOps is a web browser allowing remote, real-time access to scheduling and flight watch displays and is an add-on feature to SchedulePlanner and SmartOps.
WebOps provides an internet or intranet link for remote users to gain full access to all real-time scheduling and flight watch displays, wherever they may be around the globe.
WebOps offers:
- Either fully graphical or text view only of schedules and day of operation.
- The software provides functionality for remote users to update OOOI times for their airport of choice.
- The ability to obtain and print Transport Operation reports.
- Remote access to view and update Flight Logs for any particular flight.
- The ability to assign User Rights to limit aircraft and flight views.
WebOps provides key schedule information to remote users and locations
ScheduleSim
With ScheduleSim you can build, compare and evaluate a variety of schedule scenarios outside of the production environment together with creating your slot submission. The software, and its visual way of presenting information, helps to make the complex process of calculating and defining the best possible scenario, a lot easier and intuitive.
With ScheduleSim you can:
-
Create new schedule scenarios without disruption to the production
schedule
-
Import a slot snapshot from an existing production schedule in
SchedulePlanner
-
Build and create multiple schedule scenarios to show the effect of
changes
-
Compare performance across different schedule scenarios or schedules
in production
-
Create a number of reports for easy interpretation of your aircraft
utilisation
-
Amend the slot request and create the submission for your new
schedule
-
Manage the process of submitting the identified slots to the
appropriate airport operators through recognised messaging standards
-
Quickly and easily access any historical data you need should a
discrepancy arise while negotiating for slots
-
Link to CrewSim to help you or your business to build crewing
scenarios outside of the production environment
-
Import your chosen schedule scenario straight into SchedulePlanner
For those that are already familiar with
SchedulePlanner, ScheduleSim is easy to use and only requires minimal
training.
TecPlanner
The scheduling and control of maintenance activities is pivotal to the cost effective running of an airline. Optimum use of all aircraft must to be achieved to ensure the airline operates to its full potential. All too often airlines operate an unbalanced fleet as a result of the maintenance plan becoming out of step with the demands of the schedule. As a consequence, revenue is lost due to maintenance events having to occur before limits are reached.
The APM TecPlanner module is the solution to the maintenance planning dilemma. Taking advantage of the integrated database structure, airline maintenance departments can plan, control and track all maintenance related activities in harmony with the commercial and operations departments empowering the airline to maintain full discipline of the fleet availability. TecPlanner contains a powerful optimizer designed to assign a host of maintenance activities to the available fleet based on user definable parameters.
Airline operators can improve fleet utilization through cross-departmental visibility and tracking of maintenance due dates, cycles and hours. Maintenance limits can be set to achieve a user defined tolerance on all maintenance activities reducing expensive downtime costs.
An intuitive and user friendly graphical display depicts available cycles, flight hours until the next maintenance requirement, due dates by tail and warnings that alert the user to expiry’s by date, hours, cycles or other parameters set by the user. Maintenance tasks assigned in TecPlanner are displayed in SchedulePlanner and SmartOps ensuring real-time visibility of all maintenance activities.
TecPlanner Offers:
- Optimised construction of maintenance events in accordance with company requirements
- Aircraft allocation control
- Intuitive graphical display depicting all planned maintenance activities based on historic and expected flight time, cycles and due dates by tail
- Maintenance event warnings
- The ability for maintenance events to be conducted and communicated rapidly within the airline
- The ability to share data with 3rd party MRO systems such as AMOS and Amysis
A range of reports and statistics with user defined outputs and formats - A comprehensive fleet database to manage all data relating to the company fleet
TecPlanner allows the user to be flexible and adaptable to the ever changing demands of the schedule ensuring that profitability is not compromised through poor maintenance planning.
